The group held its final rehearsal on Monday night and the hall was a buzz of excitement as the actors completed their final run-through.
David Preston, who plays Curly, has only been acting for a few short years but has taken to it with ease.
"I've always had a knack for remembering lines and delivering funny quotes and things like that," he said. "Acting was always something in the back of my mind but now I'm really pursuing it."
The cast has been hard at work to perfect their southern American accents and talents.
Keith Nicholson plays cowboy Will Parker and has spent many hours learning how to complete his "rope swings."
"I've just had to practice until I got it," he said. "I've watched some YouTube videos and practiced over and over to learn the flat loop spinning."
The hard work of the cast will certainly pay off at opening night tonight when a near sold-out audience files into Clubbe Hall at Frensham, Mittagong, to see the show.
Performances will take place at 8pm on July 3, 10 and 17 and at 8pm on July 4, 11 and 18. Matinee performances will be held at 2pm on July 5 and 12.
