THE Wollondilly Knights senior Australian rules team put in an impressive display last Saturday.
The Knights, featuring Highlands players, defeated North Shore Bombers in its annual beyondblue round.
Wollondilly recorded a convincing 12.9 (81) to 4.25 (29) win at the Bargo Sportsground.
beyondblue works to reduce the impact of anxiety, depression and suicide in the community by raising awareness and understanding, empowering people to seek help, and supporting recovery, management and resilience.
Wollondilly also had a reunion of past old boy players at the match and at a beyondblue foundation night black tie event.
There were live auctions and prizes for the best dressed.
It was a fantastic night and it help break last year's tally of $18,000.
All proceeds went to beyondblue.
