The Robertson Spuds second division team will travel to Victoria Park to face the Picton Magpies.
The second-placed Robertson will start as underdog against the competition leader.
Spuds club president Doug Tilley said the team would need to stand up well on Sunday against the Magpies.
"It will be a tough game, one of the hardest games for us so far this year," he said.
However, the Spuds side has had a less than ideal preparation for the Group 6 contest.
Robertson's disrupted start to 2015 continued last week when the Bowral Kookaburras forfeited at Loseby Park.
A combination of poor weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances has restricted Robertson to just four games this season. Despite the setbacks, the side remains unbeaten in 2015.
Tilley said it was a "real shame" for Bowral to forfeit last week.
"It really has been frustrating this year," he said.
"We just want to string games together and we can't."
Tilley said Robertson players remained upbeat.
"The morale is not too bad at the club," he said.
"I think the wins have helped to keep motivation up."
