Bowral's under-6s, under-7s, under-9s, under-10s and under-12s took on the Thirlmere Rosters.
The club's under-14s team met Narellan and the second division side faced Bundanoon.
The under-6 game was a very even contest between both teams.
It is great to see the improvement from all kids as well as the smiles on their faces throughout and after the game.
Great defence from Oscar Harris and support play from Tom Murdoch and Cooper Pearce.
Jack Johnston should be congratulated on scoring his first rugby league try and he followed it up by scoring a double.
Bowral's under-7s team is coming together.
There were great tries scored by Cody and Kate. Jack Johnston showed enthusiasm in both defence and attack.
The under-9s team continues to improve each game.
Coach Chris Shea is very happy with the commitment and enthusiasm from the team.
Best players were Zayne Ismail and Brayden McGarry.
The under-10s came up against a determined Thirlmere team.
The game see-sawed throughout with neither team giving in.
The final score was a 10-all draw which probably reflected the closeness of the game.
The Bowral under-12s took the field in a very determined manner.
This team is showing huge improvement in the skills and ball work.
It will not be long before it breaks through for its first win of the season after going down by six points on Saturday.
The side came close to scoring a few more tries and its defence was outstanding particularly on its line.
Congratulations to Bailey Gunning on an outstanding game and for scoring a very good try down the left-hand touchline.
The under-14s team scored a convincing win over Narellan.
The team showed good team work on more than one occasion and through determined attack scored quite a few tries.
Arthur Halbert had a great game, along with Ryan Morton and Mitchell Bulfin.
The club thanks those who assisted in the canteen, barbecue and on the gate.
This weekend, all junior teams are at The Oaks except for the under-14s team which has the bye.
The Bowral Blues senior club will host Robertson at Loseby Park.
The club invites everyone to come along tomorrow and support the Blues.
Although soundly beaten by Bundanoon last week, the Bowral boys are keen to get back to the good efforts of the previous week.
Robertson is a tough team and it will be a good challenge for the Blues.
