Rumours have circulated around the Group 6 about concern for second division (third grade) player numbers at Bowral.
However, Kookaburras junior club president Peter Howard said a Bowral team was set to compete against the Robertson Spuds tomorrow at Loseby Park.
Howard said the club was struggling a bit with numbers, but said there were also a few injury concerns.
Bowral's senior players have been training under the direction of new co-coaches Mick Galvin and Shaun Chapman.
"Everything is going great... the boys are upbeat," Howard said.
The Robertson Spuds will look to continue their unbeaten start to the 2015 second division competition.
The side is yet to drop a game despite missing plenty of match time due to poor weather and unforeseen circumstances.
Robertson club president Doug Tilley said he hoped tomorrow's game went ahead.
"We are hoping they [Bowral] field a side," he said.
"I give credit to them for persisting though."
Tilley said the Spuds would look to give more responsibility to its younger players tomorrow.
He said three-quarters James Temporali, Paddy Cann, Nick Young and second rower Aiden Hanson would look to be more involved in general play.
"We want to get them in the middle and build up their confidence," Tilley said.
