Highlands Tyremasters participated in Pink Fitters Day, an annual charity event of Kumho Tyre which raises crucial funds for The McGrath Foundation.
The McGrath Foundation provides funds to support breast cancer nurses across Australia and helps to support more than 25,000 families.
Highlands Tyremasters owner Simon Sprague said a community initiative such as Pink Fitters Day was well worth participating in.
"Everyone is affected by cancer in some way, someone knows someone who has been affected by it," he said.
"Truckies might come in and have a bit of a laugh at us guys dressed in pink but it's a bit of fun, today's a bit more special."
Masters of their craft indeed, the Tyremasters team was recognised as Kumho Tyre's 2014 platinum dealer of the year. Mr Sprague was very proud of the achievement.
"We're the number one Kumho dealer in the country," he said.
Mr Sprague said he would recommend Kumho tyres because of their quality and good pricing.
"Kumho give us a percentage of our sales back to contribute to all local marketing and we do everything with it, we sponsor a heap of teams and can be involved in the community."
While Pink Fitters Day may have passed, there are still opportunities to donate to the cause.
"People can still come down and purchase a set of pink valve cap covers for $5 and the money goes to The McGrath Foundation," he said.
