A LATE try by Mitch Conquest saved Bundanoon's blushes on Saturday.
Conquest crossed for a four-pointer in the dying minutes to salvage a 20-all draw for the Bundanoon Highlanders against Narellan Blue.
The two teams were forced to share one point apiece in the second division competition.
Saturday was Bundanoon's first home game of the 2015 season.
Highlanders coach Brian Martin said his side was fortunate to secure a draw.
"We went alright, but ball security cost us," he said.
"We wanted to remain undefeated home and we kept that record alive.
"We were happy to salvage the draw."
Martin said Bundanoon's standout performers were Matt Conquest, Blair Palmer and Anthony Phelps, who played his first game for the Highlanders.
All senior Group 6 teams will take a break for the Anzac Day weekend and Bundanoon will return to the field against Mt Annan on Saturday, May 2.
