The (slightly) older generations are re-living their youth and the youth of today are enjoying some good old fashioned entertainment at Skillshot Pinball Co.
Opened by Steve Cheers, the pop up games arcade is lined with pinball machines from the 1970s to the late 90s.
Like many teenagers of the 70s, 80s and 90s, Steve spent his fair share of time playing pinball.
"Every Saturday night between the ages of 15 and 18 I was playing pinball," Steve said.
When he went on a family holiday a year ago and found one in the fun parlour, nostalgia kicked in.
"I put a dollar in the machine and I'd play for half an hour while the kids would blow $10 in two minutes on the other machines," Steve said.
"They came over to me and said 'dad, what's that?' and it dawned on me that there hasn't been a pinball machine in the Highlands since the late 90s. The last one I remember was at the Sutton Forest Pub."
After a day or two his kids decided to have a go and couldn't get enough of the silver ball being propelled through the machine with the flashing lights.
So for his 50th birthday he decided to buy himself a pinball machine and his kids "played and played and played".
Soon after he bought another and found that a friend shared his love of pinball machines.
"We discovered that our children really loved playing pinball and we thought if our kids do, surely plenty of others would too. They were thrilled to discover a real game that wasn't all on a screen," Steve said.
He started buying machines and just over three weeks ago he opened up Skillshot Pinball Co on Bong Bong Street, Bowral.
"People just stare in here as they walk past - it's got great appeal. They have to stop and have a look, particularly those who are between 40 and 60."
"Each machine has a story to tell and they hold their value because only so many of each were ever made."
It is open on Thursdays from 4pm to 8pm and on Saturday's from 10am to 4pm there is a pinball comp - with trophies for the winners.
"It's just so much fun and kids just love physically hitting and controlling that silver ball," Steve said.
