Wednesday, April 1 was National Smile Day and The Humour Foundation held a lunch to celebrate the work of the Clown Doctors and to embrace smiles and laughter.
Attendees of the lunch were encouraged to show off their pearly whites and support the Clown Doctors, who bring smiles to sick children across Australia.
One of the founders of The Humour Foundation and the wife of the late Peter Spitzer, Judy attended the lunch.
Jan and Paul Stephens-King, who have organised an annual Clown Doctors ball to raise money for thee Clown Doctors helped to organise the event and Jan was emcee of the afternoon.
The lunch was held at Esco Pazzo in Mittagong and featured fashions by Mic Mac Boutique.
Pearly whites were on show and generosity was in the air as strong support was shown for The Humour Foundation and the work of the Clown Doctors.
