Goulburn completed an unbeaten competition with a three-wicket win at Bradman Oval.
Robertson/Burrawang batted first on Saturday and compiled 277 runs, with captain Nathan Wright top scoring on 81.
Goulburn's Mik Webber and Dane Stevenson collected three wickets apiece.
In reply, Robertson/
Burrawang worked hard and reduced its opponent to 3/61 after 25 overs.
Robertson/Burrawang continued to tighten the screws and Goulburn was 4/139 from 48 overs.
However, a century stand between Stevenson (105) and Nathan Skelly (65) steadied the ship for Goulburn.
The visitors went on to record victory in the 72nd over with three wickets remaining.
Paceman Mitch Wright led the bowling attack with 3/69.
Nathan Ring (2/68) and Nathan Wright (2/23) provided support.
Nathan Wright said the grand final proved to be a close game.
"We got to where we wanted and there wasn’t much difference between these two teams.
"We fielded the house down, but we didn't have enough runs on the board," he said.
Wright said Goulburn was a good side.
"We made a game of it and we showed that we have a never give up attitude," he said.
Goulburn captain Mik Webber paid tribute to Robertson/Burrawang for putting up a strong challenge.
"It was a good way to cap off what was a good season," he said.
"We knew Robbo was a fair chance, they are a quality side and they pushed us to the end."
