THE Moss Vale Dragons first grade side remains unbeaten this season.
Last week, the Dragons secured its first win in three weeks.
The team backed up for a 24-all draw with the Campbelltown City Kangaroos on Saturday.
The Kangaroos led 24-20 with less than two minutes remaining, before Moss Vale scored a try.
The conversion attempt was unsuccessful and the teams were forced to share the competition points.
Moss Vale senior president Michael Sutton said it was a pleasing result for the Dragons.
"We were not disappointed because the boys stuck in for the full 80 minutes," he said.
Sutton said Moss Vale's standout performers were captain-coach Robbie Payne, Daniel Donnelly, Cameron Grey, Luke Roberts, Aaron Hart and Andrew Diomei.
"We are extremely happy with our start to the first grade season and we are still undefeated," he said.
"We have Thirlmere next on April 11 which will be tough, but we should welcome back key players Chris McBride and Ryan Cullen."
Earlier in the day, the reserves Dragons experienced a crushing 52-12 loss to Campbelltown.
Moss Vale trailed 48-0 at half time and was able to salvage some respectability in the second half.
Sutton said the team was under strength again on Saturday and had to play with one less player than its opponent.
"We are still disappointed that our full reserve grade side can't turn up," he said.
Sutton said Moss Vale's standouts were Wayne Allen, Ryan Maynard and regular under-18s players Lachie MacLean and Paddy Webb.
The Dragons under-18s clash on Saturday was rescheduled.
