Council launched the 2015 Wingecarribee Community Assistance Scheme which allows organisations to apply for funds for programs, equipment or capital works which aim to establish, improve or enhance cultural, sporting, welfare, health promotion, community development or leisure services.
New for 2015 is the allocation of $10,000 for environmental and sustainable specific programs which has been provided by the Environment Levy.
Under the scheme three types of funding are available and include, donations up to $500, environmental grants up to $2000 and general grants up to $7000.
This year all applications for donations and grants must be submitted online at www.wsc.nsw.gov.au/ wingecarribee-community-assistance-scheme.
The Wingecarribee Community Assistance Scheme closes at 5pm on Friday, March 31.
