While the side's formation is similar to last season, there is a breath of fresh air with the introduction of playing-coach Taylor Smith.
Smith, 24, will bolster the backline and brings a wealth of experience to the Bowral United Soccer Club.
Bowral is the fourth club Smith has played for in the Highlands.
She represented Moss Vale in 2009 before switching to Mittagong the following year.
Smith then moved to Canberra, where she played in the premier league competition.
She returned to the Highlands last season to play for Bundanoon.
Smith will coach a young team, with all players signed up so far aged between 17 and 25 years.
Smith said she was excited to coach the Bowral side.
"We will be primarily playing an attacking game," she said.
"The season ahead is looking good."
The Bowral ladies team won the second grade premiership in 2013.
However, the side had a disappointing campaign last year, finishing fifth in that division.
Smith said the 2014 season was about building friendships between team mates.
"The camaraderie here is good," which is very important," she said.
"The girls are so disappointed about last year and they want to change that (attitude)."
The Bowral outfit has also been boosted by the introduction of goalkeeper Sally Parker.
Parker, along with Smith and Keira Leahy, played together for Mittagong in 2010.
"It's a bit of a reunion," Smith said.
"The Bowral team didn't have a permanent goalkeeper last year, so the girls had to rotate that position.
"Sally also has premier league experience."
Smith said she held high hopes for Bowral's fortunes in 2015.
"We aim to qualify for division one when the mid-season split occurs," she said.
