At the third Trail Ales in Bundanoon on Saturday, February 28, an ex craft brewer Ross Norris will guide you through nine craft beers that have been matched to a three-course meal designed by Coffee Culture's Will Tooth.
The night is a fund-raiser for Highlands Trails and mountain biking will feature on the night in conversation, prizes and auctions, however the organisers said that non-riders will also have a great night.
Bundanoon-based Highlands Trails was established in 2005 and is affiliated with the International Mountain Biking Association, the world authority on sustainable MTB trailbuilding and advocacy. Its mission is to help people of all ages live a more rewarding life through facilitating access and development of world class mountain bike trail networks in the Southern Highlands.
This event is the main fundraiser to support its trail building efforts carried out in local forests.
Tickets to Trail Ales are $85 and only 80 are available. Visit www.highlandstrails.com.au/trail-ales to book.
Event is licensed and all attendees must be over the age of 18.
