One of the biggest sporting events, the world cup is returning to Australia and New Zealand for the first time in 23 years.
To celebrate, the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup trophy will be taken on a tour acoss Australia.
The trophy will be taken to selected towns, including Bowral.
There will be family friendly cricket activities available for people of all ages to enjoy.
Highlanders will have the opportunity to get their photo taken with the ICC Cricket World Cup trophy.
They can also test their batting and bowling skills and show their support to the 14 nations competing in the 2015 world cup.
Members of the Highlands community are encouraged to come and be a part of this special event.
The world cup trophy will be at the Bradman Museum on Saturday, January 10 from 10am to 3pm.
Starting in February, the ICC Cricket World Cup will be bigger and better than ever before as the best players from across the globe come together to compete for the ultimate prize.
