The day was attended by more than 150 ladies, and very nearly didn't go ahead.
4K committee member Megan Moore said that following the fantastic success of the Relay for Life efforts earlier this year, 4K didn't want to ask too much of local businesses and community members.
"We love to support a good cause but recognise the generosity of all the local businesses and didn't want to ask too much of people," she said.
"But whenever I told people we wouldn't be having a lunch this year they'd say, 'No! I love catching up with my friends, you have to!' and so it's back by popular demand."
"As always, the businesses and people of the Southern Highlands have been amazing."
Each lady received a complementary bag from Louenhide, with goodies inside from Glam, a free bracelet from Zjoosh and an Aqua Hydrate drink from Performance Beverages.
Blue Illusion also provided gifts on the day.
Southern Highland News journalist Victoria Lee attended the day - check out the social snaps in our gallery, above.
