GLEN Raymond Wright who was arrested in November for more than 20 counts of sexual and indecent assault of a teenage girl remains in police custody.
Wright went before Central Court on Tuesday, April 28, but the case has been adjourned until May 26 at 9.30am.
Bail was not applied for and was not approved.

THE mention hearing for Glen Raymond Wright, who is charged with more than 20 offences relating to the sexual and indecent assault of a teenage girl, has been adjourned until April 28.

Glen Raymond Wright appeared before Central Court on Tuesday, January 27 for a mention hearing.
Wright again appeared via audio visual link and is listed for another mention hearing on March 12 at 9.30am.
He was refused bail.

GLEN Raymond Wright, who is charged with more than 20 offences relating to the sexual and indecent assault of a teenage girl, appeared before Central Court on Tuesday.
Wright appeared by audio visual link and was refused bail, however he made no application for it.
He will remain in custody until he appears before Central Court via audio visual link again for a mention hearing on January 27 at 9.30am.

Glen Raymond Wright from Mittagong faced Sutherland Shire Court yesterday for a mention hearing for charges of more than 20 offences relating to the sexual and indecent assault of a teenage girl.
He will remain in police custody until he faces Central Court on January 13 at 9.30am.

A MITTAGONG man will face Sutherland Shire Court today for charges of more than 20 offences relating to the sexual and indecent assault of a teenage girl.
In August, detectives from the Child Abuse Squad’s Liverpool office were notified of a matter where a teenage girl had allegedly been sexually and indecently assaulted by a man on a number of occasions during late 2013 and early 2014.
The offences are alleged to have occurred at locations in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire when the girl was 14 years old.
After making a number of inquiries, Child Abuse Squad detectives arrested a 43-year-old Mittagong man at Bowral Police Station on Tuesday, November 11.
The man was refused bail and appeared in Moss Vale Local Court on Wednesday, November 12.
He was again refused bail by the magistrate appeared before Sutherland Local Court yesterday.
- The man was charged with:
- Seven counts of aggravated sexual assault of a victim under 16 years;
- Nine counts of aggravated sexual intercourse of a victim aged between 14 and 16 years;
- Three counts of aggravated indecent assault of a person under 16 years; and,
- One count of possessing child abuse images.
The Child Abuse Squad is comprised of detectives who are specially trained to investigate crimes against children, including sexual assault, physical abuse and serious cases of neglect.
The squad works in partnership with the Department of Family and Community Services and NSW Health with specialized tri-agency teams based at metropolitan and regional locations throughout NSW.
