Challenor House at Renwick operated as a children's home from 1885 to 1994 and the 109 years of history will be on display through thousands of photos.
President of the Renwick Association Leeallison Downie said the reunion was open to the public.
"We basically want to raise public awareness about Challenor House," she said.
The reunion will start at 10am at the Highlands School Gymnasium on Radio Road in Mittagong across from Highlands FM.
"The speeches will start at around 11am with Gary Russell and Billy Tompkins doing the Welcome to Country," Ms Downie said.
Ms Downie herself will give a speech, as will Councillor Larry Whipper and Peter Garrett will be in attendance.
