Last year the Bowral store came second in the competition and this year the decorated shop front took first prize.
All staff members at the Bundaroo Street store are volunteers and the decorations were done by Janet Hammon, Maurie Rogerson and Helen Dunshea.
President Kerrin McInerney said with Guide Dogs NSW/ACT as the Tulip Time charity sponsors this year, there was a doggy theme for the shop front.
"We combined the Tulip Time theme of a colourful life with guide dogs," she said.
"Thank you to all our supporters."
The YOTS charity store gratefully accepts donations of clothing, toys, bric-a-brac, small furniture, books, etc.
"We do need more volunteers and they are made most welcome," she said.
