The accounts are usually issued in August but have been delayed as a result of the introduction of a major upgrade to council’s computerised rating and property system
The billing period and charges remain unaffected as meters were read during the normal period and residents will still have the standard four week period to pay their accounts.
Accounts for the December billing period will be issued as per normal.
Council apologises for the inconvenience but re-assures residents that they will still have the normal month to pay the account.
