Sydney-based chef Brigid Kennedy and her partner Kevin Nott will open the doors to The Loch Farm Shop.
The store will feature the Highlands freshest produce, including meats, condiments and herbs.
To celebrate, The Loch Farm Shop will hold its official launch from 10am to noon on Sunday.
The champagne brunch will include finger food and live entertainment.
Brigid invited everyone to attend the event.
"Everyone is more than welcome to have some bubbles and have a look around," she said.
Brigid is the creative force behind Simmer on the Bay restaurant at Walsh Bay.
Brigid and Kevin purchased their property in Berrima as a way to take time out from the city life.
Brigid has also written books about food and clearly has a passion for it.
She said The Loch Farm Shop's menu would feature daily harvests from their farm.
Options on the menu will change according to the season.
According to Brigid, people could taste the store's products before they had the chance to purchase.
"People can use it as a grocery store," she said.
The Loch Farm Shop is located at 581 Greenhills Road, Berrima.
