Gordon and Judith reached the milestone last Thursday, but toasted the occasion with four generations of family members at The Scottish Arms, Bowral, on Saturday.
More than 140 people travelled from Queensland, Victoria and across NSW to attend Saturday's function.
The story of Gordon and Judith is a whirlwind romance.
They were engaged one month after they first met and married six months later in Braidwood on August 21, 1954.
Gordon and Judith have raised six children.
Judith joked that the secret to their marriage was a "good blue every now and then".
"But he's my best friend," she said.
Gordon and Judith lived in the Southern Highlands for 35 years, before they moved to Goulburn 11 years ago.
