There’s always a bit of feeling in these games as both sides vie for victory.
That match will start at 9am and will be followed by another great match with Mittagong taking on Bowral.
The Lions have been on a roll the past few weeks and enjoyed some good results but Bowral has a young team that continues to improve each week and could give Mittagong a shake.
And as always there’s plenty of sport happening around the Highlands this weekend.
- Netball will be on at Eridge Park with the first game starting at 9am and the last game at 3pm.
- Junior hockey will be on at Welby on Saturday morning.
- Senior hockey at Welby on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.
- The Bowral Blacks are back at home on Saturday afternoon taking on Avondale. Kick off times 1.30pm and 3pm.
- The junior Blacks will also be at Eridge Park this weekend, with matches on Sunday.
- Junior league at Loseby Park and Mittagong Sportsground on Saturday.
- Robertson Spuds will be in action at Mittagong Sportsground at 11.30am on Sunday morning.
- Mittagong Lions will again be at home. Kick off times 10am, 1pm and 2.30pm.
- Highland Hawks will play at Loseby Park on Sunday (9am, 10.10am, 11.20am and 12.45pm).
- Junior soccer at Boronia Park (Hill Top), Gib Gate, Stephens Park (Bowral), Yerrinbool Oval, Ironmines Oval (Mittagong) and Tudor House.
- Senior soccer at Boronia Park (Hill Top), Yerrinbool Oval, Ironmines Oval (Mittagong), Hampden Park (Robertson) and Stephens Park (Bowral).
- Moss Vale Magic will put everything on the line against Youth League competition leaders Penrith Panthers at Moss Vale Basketball Stadium on Saturday afternoon. Tip off at 5pm.
- Relax with a game of bowls at Bowral, Robertson or Bundanoon Bowling Clubs.
- Have a round of golf at Highlands, Gibraltar, Bowral, Moss Vale or Mt Broughton Golf Clubs.
