The pair are the mascots for the Berrima District Rotary Club's fifth annual cabaret, to be held on Saturday, May 24.
This year's theme is "Rock Around The Clock" and Peggy Sue and Buddy are dressed in stereotypical 1950s attire.
The clocks are named after 50’s identities Peggy Sue and Buddy Holly.
The cabaret format will include dinner and music before participants will be invited to dance.
Entertainment will be provided by 1950’s rock'n'roll band The Firebyrds. All funds generated will be given to community groups within the Highlands.
Rock Around the Clock will be held at the Mittagong RSL from 6.30pm and tickets cost $85 each.
Phone BDCU on 4860 4000 or Mittagong RSL on 4872 6700 for bookings.
In the lead-up, the Southern Highland News and Berrima District Rotary Club will run a competition for readers. Keep an eye out for photos of Peggy Sue and Buddy in upcoming Friday editions of the Southern Highland News.
If you can identify the five locations the mascots are visiting, you will go into the draw for the major prize of two tickets to the cabaret, valued at $170.
