The company runs high end bike tours often in Europe and is now looking to see what the Highlands has to offer.
With many clients based in Sydney, Will Levy from Twowheeltours said the Southern Highlands was the perfect distance from the city for a weekend getaway.
"The closer to Sydney the better for us. It'll be good to bring a bunch of people down to experience the Highlands," he said.
The bike tour on June 14 and 15 will be a three day training camp.
Cyclists will ride out from Gibraltar Hotel both days, heading down to Kiama one day and Berry the next with riders doing plenty of pedaling over the two days.
"We want to give them a pro experience so all they have to do is concentrate on riding."
Levy said it would be a tour for those who have experience on a bike and with plenty of climbing involved, would be too testing for first time riders.
"The fitter you are, the more fun you'll have. It's more for people who are wanting to challenge themselves."
Cyclists will pass through Bowral, Robertson, Kangaloon and Fitzroy Falls as part of the bike tour.
