About 5:40pm on Thursday a Rural Fire Service truck was responding to a callout for a fire when it crashed into a pole on Berrima Road.
The driver was trapped inside the truck and was later released by State Emergency Service (SES) volunteers. He sustained neck, back and abdomen injuries.
A man sitting in the front passenger seat was ejected from the truck and sustained neck, back, leg and chest injuries.
Both men were airlifted to hospital for further treatment.
Two men, who were sitting in the rear cabin seats of the truck, sustained minor head injuries including cuts and abrasions. They have been taken to hospital by ambulance for further treatment.
Police from Goulburn Local Area Command are conducting investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash while WorkCover will also be notified.
