Anyone who is interested in playing tee-ball or softball over summer or finding out more information should arrive at the Bowral Bowling Club for a 6pm information session and to register.

The competition starts on October 24 and is played every Saturday over summer at the David Woods Playing Fields in East Bowral with a break for Christmas.

Under 10s boys and girls tee-ball begins in the morning from 9am.

Male and female players are also needed for the under 13s and girls for under 15s softball competitions.

Under 15s boys who have previously played are able to participate in the Opens softball competition, which is played from 1.30pm.

Association publicity officer Meghan Barrell said both individuals and whole teams were needed for the upcoming season in all age groups.
