The season has seen many excellent results, with high levels of participation each Friday evening.

There was plenty of competition in each age group for the point score trophy, which is recognition of the number of events swum in over the season. There was also keen competition for the club age-group championships.

Swimmer of the Year, which is sponsored by the Armstrong family, was also awarded for the first time.

The award, which looks at all aspects of swimming such as personal achievement, sportsmanship, effort, and willingness to help, was awarded to Ashley Coote.

Ashley was delighted with the award and she certainly reflects the club's aim of doing your best at all times and being happy with your achievements.
