The Robertson women's first grade hockey team is on a three-match winning streak after securing a 3-1 win against Bowral at Welby on Saturday.
Robertson was in fine form throughout the match, with the team making the most of a strong defence and Robertson forward Brooke Handley maximising the team's scoring opportunities.
The first-half saw Handley score two goals for Robertson, with the team in top attacking form as the scoring opportunities were created.
Robertson continued their hard work in the second-half, with Handley scoring her third goal for the match early in the second-half.
Bowral did their best to wrestle the game back their way, scoring a well-deserved goal midway through the second-half and keeping the pressure on their opponents to the very end of the match.
Robertson coach Daryl Vievers said he was greatly impressed with the Robertson girls' efforts and said it was a well-deserved win.
