Magpies showed why they are now considered the senior netball title favourites, with a comprehensive 54-19 win over Redbacks on Saturday.
The 35-goal win comes on top of a 23-21 win over Color Mania last week and the side remains the only unbeaten side in the competition.
There was little between the two sides in last weekend's blockbuster match with the scores locked at 6-6 at the first break.
Color Mania then gained the ascendency in the second quarter to lead 12-10 at half time, before Magpies got back in front in the third quarter.
However there was never more than two goals between the two sides, with the Maggies leading by 19-17 at the final change before consolidating the lead in the final quarter to win 23-21.
Lauren Barnes was excellent in defence for Magpies, with the Color Mania shooters needing to work very hard to get the ball in the circle.
At the other end, Melissa Barnes was an asset for the black and whites scoring almost every time she had the ball.
Meanwhile for Color Mania Adelene Colloridi made some great intercepts in the mid-court which helped her side's defence.
This weekend's win was a lot less nail-biting for the competition leaders, with Magpies asserting their dominance in the first quarter with Redbacks unable to come back from that point on.
Best players were Kelly De Haas, Amanda Moneri and Alison Duffy.
Color Mania meanwhile, bounced back into the winners' circle in fine style with a 34-19 win over Pink Ladies.
The courts were wet and slippery under foot after an early afternoon downpour, which made the fast-paced game Color Mania like to play very difficult.
That brought a determined Pink Ladies outfit back into the contest but Color Mania still had too much class for their opponents and by half time they had established a 23-7 lead.
Ariane Johns stood out at goal defence for the Pink Ladies, doing a good job on marking sharp shooter Sarah Roser, who along with centre Vanessa Montenari was the victors' best.
In the other match played on Saturday at Eridge Park, Century 21 beat Sweet Chilli 41-11, with Maddie Lyle, Liz Newbury and Cassie Tate the players to shine.
Century 21 also had a comfortable win last weekend, defeating Redbacks by 34 points, 51-17.
Redbacks were unable to fill a full team and were no match for the defending premiers but a friendly, enjoyable match was had by bith teams.
Keva Abotomey, Liz Newbury and Amy McPherson were the players to receive best and fairest points.
In the other match played on Saturday, June 21, the Pink Ladies brought up a rare victory with a 36-23 win over Sweet Chilli.
