On the eve of their Group 6 clash with The Oaks, the Mittagong Lions have been boosted by the arrival of two new Kiwi players.
Bernard Wolfgramm and Owen Ngwun arrived at the Lions this week and are ready to hit the ground running.
Wolfgramm is a massive prop-forward, who played for West Belconnan in the tough Group 8 Canberra competition last year where he also won a premiership.
Ngwun is a rugby union convert and is expected to play his first game this weekend.
"Bernard has not played this season, so after a few weeks to get his fitness right he will be great," said Andrews.
"This is a must win game this weekend. We must beat The Oaks and we must win well."
Andrews said that the Lions do have inury concerns heading into the match.
"Jamie Newton's hamstring is not right but he wants to play,"Andrews said.
"Glen Rota is in doubt due to a shoulder injury so we will test them both on Friday night."
"But we must look at winning our next two games heading into the second round of the compeition."
Lions captain Shane Martin agreed that it was a must win game.
"If we lose this one we might as well start thinking about next season," he said.
