Three Highlands soccer players were members of the Southern NSW team that won the under-11s Country title at the Central Coast earlier this month.
The Southern NSW team played as team for the first time in the NSW State titles.
The titles compromised a country title and a state title.
The team was the best country team and the fifth best team in the state. Nine teams competed in the tournament.
Connor Caswell, James Sutherland and Michael Ledwidge were part of the team that compromised players from the Highlands, Far South Coast, Eurobodalla and Shoalhaven Associations.
It was a week-long tournament with the boys playing twice a day for the first three days and then one game per day for the last two days.
