Bowral United has secured its third win in a row, beating Hill Top by two runs with eight wickets to spare at Welby on the weekend.
With rain reducing the game to 26 overs a side, Bowral United passed Hill Top's innings total of 103 runs in just 17 overs, with the side losing just two wickets in the process.
Jamie Ross was Bowral's stand out batsman with a top score of 79 runs not out, Cameron Belshaw and Aaron Brooks were each out for 7 and Dean Roxburgh was still at the crease with Ross to be 7 not out at the end of play.
Batting first, Hill Top's innings got off to a shaky start with Bowral United bowlers Cameron Belshaw and Scott Spence restricting the runs, and the Hill Top opening batsmen falling cheaply.
Middle order batsmen Gary Hatton and Dave Walker did their best to keep the innings looking respectable, with Walker top-scoring for Hill Top with 46 runs and Hatton contributing with a handy 19 run knock.
