A 46-year old woman sustained serious head and shoulder injuries as she was ejected from a vehicle in a high-speed crash on the Hume Highway near Berrima, yesterday.
The van she was travelling in swerved suddenly while travelling along the highway near the Wingecarribee River about 2pm, hitting the guardrail and launching the woman out of the car.
