Water plan 'pulled out of air'

25 Jan, 2007 05:48 PM
Liberal Leader Peter Debman appears to have pulled parts of his water plan for the Goulburn electorate out of the air, Goulburn Mulwarree Mayor and Independent candidate for Goulburn Paul Stephenson said yesterday.

The $109 million water policy includes $60 million to connect the city of Goulburn to Googong Dam, $3 million for a new weir on the Wollondilly River upstream of Goulburn, and $25 million for a local water pipeline between Pejar Dam and Sooley Dam to improve Goulburn's water capacity.
