Most people would know that bouquets are a lot harder to give than brickbats.
However, this time I must congratulate Wingecarribee Shire Council on the work done in preparing for the Vietnam Veterans Day service last week.
Thank you Effie Kerr and your band of helpers, council, the schools and Vietnam veterans. We salute you.
