DAISY UPSTAGES TULIPS: Tulip Time chairman Graham McLaughlin and Mayor Duncan Gair took a backseat to two-year-old Daisy Winsley and her new BFF (Bear Friend Forever) Bandaged Bear at the 2ST Breakfast in the Park in Corbett Gardens on Friday. Getting into the spirit of Tulip Time, Daisy and Children’s Hospital mascot Bandaged Bear high-fived and hugged, stealing the show from Tulip Time Ambassador Bryce Courtenay as he declared Tulip Time officially open.
