State stalls on school move

The Bowral Public School community is still waiting to find out if and when the school will be moved, more than six months after they voted to support a move to East Bowral.

Almost 75 per cent of parents and teachers voted in favour of moving to the new site on Retford Road in a phone poll held last November. The Department of Education and Training is yet to make a decision on the move, despite previous assurances the community would decide on the school's future.
