SPRING IN HIS STEP: Balloon in hand, Paddy Lunt was getting a head start for spring time at the recent Kangaloon Public School open day. With the calendar spring to begin tomorrow, the Southern Highlands begins counting down to a busy spring time program including 2009 Tulip Time, the Bong Bong Races and the Wine, Arts and Roses Festival. More Kangaloon Public School Open Day pictures will be in Wednesday’s Southern Highland News.
