A Sydney court has freed a 39-year-old Robertson farm manager charged with the fatal shooting of another man in February last year.
Frederic Jean-Pierre Martin was found not guilty of the death of Santo (Sonny) Marco Pantalon on February 25 last year.
Mr Martin was originally charged with murder over the shooting, but on June 20 the murder charge against Mr Martin was downgraded to the lesser charge of manslaughter and the case was handed to Sydney District Court on January 29.
