Up to 30 per cent of Bundanoon's treated effluent will be re-used on Bundanoon sports fields and farmland under a plan to upgrade the town's sewage treatment plant.
A report to Wingecarribee Shire Council last night outlined progress of the Bundanoon Sewage Treatment Plant.
The upgrade will increase the capacity of the plant to cater for an estimated population of more than 5300 people by 2031.
