Jason Bates, managing director of Pro-Active Security Specialists, has called for the formation of a special committee to tackle the problems surrounding vandalism in the Southern Highlands.
"I would like to see all chambers of commerce meet with council and police and look at forming a consultative committee to work over a period on issues such as vandalism," Mr Bates said.
"I would also like to see alcohol-free zones being introduced into the central business district of Bowral."
