Seaton signs off in House

26 Nov, 2006 06:22 PM
Peta Seaton's greatest satisfaction as Member for the Southern Highlands has come from things that will never been seen, she told NSW Parliament last week.

In her valedictory speech to the House on Wednesday, Ms Seaton listed Hill Top and Colo Vale school upgrades, Mittagong School library, public opthalmology, and the Moss Vale campus of Wollongong University among achievements of her 11-year term.

"But my greatest satisfaction is in the things that will never be seen - helping families with a disabled child, sorting out a bus route, helping a farmer solve a water problem, getting an older person into a care facility," she said.
