Robertson show excitement shrugs off wet weather

08 Mar, 2010 08:51 AM
ROBERTSON Showground was packed on the weekend for the famous festivities of the delightful Robertson Agricultural Show.

With the sun shining people filled the stands to watch field competitors battle it out for first in every possible area.

There was egg throwing, wheelbarrow heats, and perhaps the most renowned contest of all - the potato races.

Visitors also watched a tractor parade, listened to the tunes of Nick Rheinberger and his band while children enjoyed the numerous carnival rides and games stalls.
