Southern Highland residents are being asked to give generously while the Australian Red Cross visits Bowral this week.
“This community has always been very generous in the past and we’d like to see even more donors through our doors this week,” Luke Neven from the Red Cross Donor Mobile said.
Leading the way were local obstetricians Dr Ajay Vatsayan and Dr David Browning, who both gave blood on Monday.
“These are two doctors who have seen first hand how important blood donors are, and we really hope more people will come in and follow their lead,” he said.
