The dispute between the Bowral branch of the Police Association and the NSW Police Force is coming closer to conclusion.
Executive member of the Police Association Mark Ward said the association's head office would write a formal letter to the NSW Police Force accepting their offer in principle, after the Bowral branch supported it in a meeting last weekend.
Mr Ward said the offer includes a commitment to maintain a minimum number of car crews each day at the Bowral station, increasing the current level with the addition of a second car.
