Poison claims family pet

Mittagong residents Trevor and Kelly Martin have warned other to take special care in areas where the Rural Lands Protection Board (RLPB) is baiting for foxes, after their pure-bred staffordshire terrier died after eating a bait this week.

Mr Martin took the dog for a walk along Railway Parade near the reserve on Tuesday but did not go past the sign warning of the presence of bait in the reserve.
