Dear Sir,

I am a retired Vietnam Veteran who has resided in or near Tahmoor for the last 47 years.

I am myself an ex student of Tahmoor Public School.

For the last year I have been collecting the annual class photo’s of Tahmoor Public School, commencing at 1926 - 1976.

I have 130 photos with 3907 faces to identify.

So far I have about 90 faces to go.

It is a huge task, but with the help I am getting from people so far is just mind blowing.

The locals have been so good with their time helping to identify these students.

So my request is simple, to ask the people of the great Southern Highlands to let me know who is living in that area, who might be able to help me finish this wonderful task.

The local school has not got much in the library photos wise so I have taken on the task myself.

So would past students of Tahmoor Public School who are living in the Southern Highlands please contact me on 4683 0399.

One person who I know who is living up there who I can’t find is Carolyn Smith from Fraser Street Tahmoor.
