A meeting of Australian Hotel Fund unitholders early next year will decide whether Peppers Manor House near Moss Vale will be sold.
Mirvac Funds Management director of hotel funds Stephen Burt said the recent sale of Peppers Fairmont Resort by Hotel Capital Partners Limited, the entity responsible for the Australian Hotel Fund, left only two hotel assets in the fund.
Mr Burt said that after the sale of its major asset, the fund was too small to be a listed entity.
