He's calling on any interested people keen to perform or help out backstage to get an authentic music hall performance happening.
Mr Frosh said he spent much of his life in an old Victorian Music Hall called The Players in London where there was a mix of singing, poem reciting and comedy, all presented under the control of what was called the Chairman.
"I spent half my life there because it was so much fun," he said.
"It attracted huge audiences and was a good way to go and have fun, have a drink and meet your friends."
Mr Frosh has had the idea of starting one here for the past 40 years and wants to make the performance as authentic as possible, using original material and music.
"My ambition is to gather a large group of people, talented or not," he said.
"A sense of fun is what it's all about and the repertoire would be authentic.
"It's supposed to be fun for the people doing it and more fun for the people watching."
Anyone wishing to hear more about Mr Frosh's plans for a Victorian Music Hall Group can attend tomorrow night in the function room of Moss Vale Services Club. Mr Frosh said whether you can sing, recite, draw a laugh from the crowd or help behind the scenes, a sense of fun is what it's all about.
